“Returned today for an estimate for repair on a lounge chair. Same gentleman as Saturday waited on me. Gave me the option of replacing only the damaged straps or entire chair. No hard sell for the total replacement and on retirement income elected to just replace the damaged straps. The price was reasonable, the repairs were done on site and finished in 3 hours. I can’t help but comment on the negative reviews here, but at least one was serval years ago. I found the counter person to be helpful, friendly and informative. I would not hesitate to buy from this store or use it for repairs in the future.”
