Life, Lived Better – Outdoors

Our New Blog & Newsletter

Wayne here from Patio World.  With all the craziness of the Holidays behind us, it is time to close our eyes, take a deep breath, and be thankful for the blessings of the past and the forever memories that have been created.

Whew, ok. Glad that’s over with.

Now, to the future!  Let’s look at all the possibilities and paths that the future holds. Goals to be set, dreams to strive for, and challenges to navigate.  All part of the human experience.

We are starting at the trailhead of a new path as well this year. Our New Monthly Blog / Newsletter is going to cover the human experience and its relationship with something we at Patio World have a passion for: The OutdoorsWe are not just going to be sharing ideas and articles about outdoor furniture and design, but all things we like, dislike, and experience alfresco. From our own personal tales to links to articles that stimulate, educate, and open our minds to new experiences and passions created in the outdoors.

We live in a unique place in Southern California, a Hot/Warm Mediterranean climate judged by the Köppen Climate Index. But drive an hour in any direction and we enjoy cool ocean breezes, crisp mountain air, and toasty desert rays.  Nowhere else on earth, can we so easily experience these diametrically different climates and, therefore, different outdoor experiences, often on the same day.

For 42+ years, from our store locations in Riverside & Temecula, Ca., we are honored that you have entrusted our family business in helping you create lasting memories.  Through all stages of life, with friends, family, and neighbors we have been there to assist your aspirations of having an enjoyable, versatile, and comfortable outdoor space – wherever you reside in Southern California. Our hope is this new free monthly newsletter will enhance your experiences outdoors and help you create more lifelong memories in our shared Human Experience.

Warm Regards

Wayne Romain

El Último Palabra (The Last Word)

Quote for the Month:

Change is the handmaiden Nature requires to do her miracles with – Mark Twain.

As the quote says above, life is not static.  Sometimes we invoke change and sometimes change finds us unexpectedly.  We too, are trying something new here, a change per se.  While we doubt we are going to produce any miracles, our hope is to bring something fresh and different – away from the noise.  As fellow enthusiasts of the outdoors, we always welcome your comments, suggestions, and ideas.  We want this to be a community, so feel free to share and contribute.  We might reach out to you for a future collaboration!  You can leave a message here or email us at patioworld@patioworldonline.com

Whether at home or out in the wild, take it all in.  Remember that life is truly lived better outdoors.

Take care,

WR
