At Patio World, we carefully select products based on our stringent standards of quality and craftsmanship. Our attention to detail in design, material and construction is unyielding and our commitment to customer satisfaction.
In Stock Items
Most items on our storefront are available for delivery within a few days depending on location (unless otherwise noted). Once your order is received, we will contact you to arrange delivery day and time.
Special Order Products
We offer a wide variety of outdoor products for custom order to meet your specific needs. Most special order products usually arrive at our facilities within 6-8 weeks. While we will work to ensure your special order products arrive as quickly as possible, please be aware that some orders may require additional production time due to circumstances outside of our control. In the event a order is delayed beyond the original estimated lead-time, we will do our best to provide updates and information about the order as we receive it from the manufacturer.
Returning Merchandise
Please note that proof of purchase is required for all refunds. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only.
Outdoor Furniture, Cushions, Pillows & Umbrellas
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of product. No returns after 3 days.
No re-stocking fees on special orders cancelled within 3 days of order placement.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable once product has been shipped out or delivered.
All items must be in new, un-used condition, with all packaging, tags and information still attached.
Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
Returns for In Stock Items Delivered by Patio World will incur a 15% re-stocking fee plus a pick-up fee dependent upon location
Returns for Special Order Items Delivered by Patio World will incur a 35% re-stocking fee plus a pick-up fee dependent upon location
Returns for In Stock Items Not Yet Delivered by Patio World will not have a re-stocking fee
Returns for Special Order Items Not Yet Delivered by Patio World will have a 35% re-stocking fee (no fee if cancelled within 3 days of order placement)
Closeout, Clearance & “As-Is” Items
Closeout and clearance items are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.
